Sunday 25 March
8:00 AM	StarMile2.5 St Kitts~Nevis Cross Channel Swim
Evening	Nevis dine around, athletes have discounted meals at restaurants, a la carte, beach bar, or local: Sunshine, lime, Old House Cafe, Rumors, Banana's, Coconut Groove

Monday 26 March
10-11 AM	Swim technique - general technical work and open work session at Gallows Bay with Shaun Green
12:00-1PM	Bike Set-Up Practical at Gallows Bay with Shaun Green- Athletes to have multi tools if owned.

Tuesday 27 March
8:30 AM	BIKE course inspection with Olivier Marceau at Gallows Bay _Bike Park area_
10 -12:30 AM	Bike skills-basic handling skills with Shaun Green, followed by a 1 lap bike course recce at Gallows Bay. Spare inner tube, tyre levers, drinks and food to be carried by athletes be self sufficient.

Wednesday 28 March
8:30 AM	BIKE course inspection with Olivier Marceau at Gallows Bay _Bike Park area_
10-11:30AM	Run technique with Shaun Green – running drills to improve technique, general discussion on types of run training. 1 lap run course recce, at Gallows Bay. Make sure you take something to drink with you.
12 -1 PM	Transition training – swim to bike (T1) and bike to run (T2) explanation and practice at Gallows Bay. Athletes to bring a drink.
10AM-2:30PM	Sign up for Pink Lily Charity 5km Fun Run/Walk at Bay Front Car Park, Samuel Hunkins Road, Charlestown
2 -5 PM	Bike Service at Wheel World_Oualie Beach

4:30 P	Charity 5km Fun Run/Walk on behalf of the Nevis Pink Lily cancer care foundation at 4 seasons resort




Thursday 29 March
8:30 AM	BIKE course inspection with Olivier Marceau and Shaun Green at Gallows Bay _Bike Park area_


5:30 PM	RUN course inspection with Olivier Marceau and Shaun Green at Gallows Bay _Bike Park area_
Friday 30 March
8:30 AM	SWIM course inspection with Olivier Marceau and Shaun Green at Gallows Bay _Swim start area_
9 AM to 5 PM	STAR&CO TriStar Village TriStar Athletes Welcoming Desk, on-spot check-in and race package pick-up at Bay Front Car Park, Samuel Hunkins Road, Charlestown
6:30 PM	Energy Party at the Nisbet hotel
Saturday 31 March
6:30 - 7:30AM	Bike Park open for all races. Bike and bags check in. Bay Front Car Park, Samuel Hunkins Road, Charlestown. TriStar Nevis bike park opens (all events) - body marking
	Drop your Street-Wear bag next to the bike park
7:00 - 7:30AM	Swim Warm Up

8:15AM	TriStar111 Nevis International Triathlon START Individuals and Relays 1km swimming, 100km cycling, 10km running Gallows Bay
8:45AM	TriStar33.3 Nevis START Individuals and Relays 300m swimming, 30km cycling, 3km running Gallows Bay
10:30AM	Finishline Party Bay Front, Samuel Hunkins Road, Charlestown
11:15AM	Male Winner TriStar111 expected at Finishline, be sure to be there on time!
