It is the first stage for the athletes at their arrival in the Star&Co Village. This mission consists of registering the athletes and handing over to them their race bag composed of their bib and a variety of gifts. Organisation and meetings are the lead words here ! Quality required? A Good Mood !

- Friday from 9:00 to 8:00
- Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00
- Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Star&Co Village
