Georg Hochegger is a successful entrepreneur and widely considered a pioneer in the Triathlon space. He founded Star in 2008 after having built Triangle Show & Sports Promotion GmbH, a worldwide leader in triathlon event production and branding over the time period 1998-2010. Triangle was the largest international licensee holder of the Ironman brand throughout Europe.
Mr. Hochegger sold Triangle to Providence Equity Partners in 2010. He is well known internationally by triathlon event producers, sports agencies, and television production companies. In his 13 years in triathlon, Mr. Hochegger was responsible for building the most well known brand in the European market. Among on one of the first to bring Ironman Triathlon to Europe, he was responsible for establishing the sport at the grass roots level and building it to a strong athletic community. He believes in the mass market appeal of triathlon and the power of the TriStar format to fundamentally change the sport.

Olivier Castelli acquired a Master in Management in Marketing from Ceram Sophia-Antipolis Business School (ranked amongst the 10 best French business schools) in 1996. After his training period in Marketing at the Accor Group he founded his own company in event communication and promotional material production.
He entered Triangle Sarl in 2005 where he built the Monaco Ironman 70.3 race as race director for 5 years. He acted as Bike Director and Operations Manager for Triangle France and was also linked directly to the Triangle International office, developing race standards, logistic and operations on a global scale.
Mr. Castelli is Chief Operations Officer at Star Production Sarl in Monaco overlooking all event operations, team management and project developments.
Mr. Castelli was French championship participant in skiing and successfully passed his French skiing teacher diploma in 2000. Now he is doing triathlon and eventually became an Ironman 70.3 finisher. His interest for sports and his professional vision of events bring an open-minded eye on how to reach quality and professionalism for developing triathlon market to the company.

Laurent Gauthier serves as President & Board member of Star Production, the very fast growing start up based in Monaco. Star Production set up and promote sport events in order to generate local revenue with Tourism, this series of sport event has 4 events in Europe in 2010 and is about to expand worldwide. Mr. Gauthier brings his extensive network and business background in building international fast growing company. He is responsible for business development, managing the sales forces and setting up the strategic partnerships worldwide.
Before that, Mr. Gauthier was the Managing Director Europe for Active Network International. He is one of the co founders of the Active Europe Network in Europe since 2001, which was sold to his main share holder and parent company Active.com. Laurent was the founder and Executive Director of Endurancevillage.com and the founder and Director of Sarl 220 France, publisher of 220 Magazine from 1995 to 2000. ;r. Gauthier has worked with TF1 (N°1 French TV channel), Canal Plus, Avenir Telecom Group as well as for the IOC (International Olympic Committee) as Consultant and coordinator for the SOCOG - Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.
He holds a MBA in New technology & Media Business from Dauphine University, and is nine times Ironman triathlon finisher, was on the age group podium at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Kona-Hawaii three times and is a former member of the French Windsurfing team.
Director Global Sports Development
Better known in triathlon circles by his competition nickname of MACCA, Chris is one of the most successful triathletes in the sport. He has had tremendous success since becoming a professional in 1996, including becoming the first man to ever win both the ITU World Cup Series and the Triathlon World Championship in the same year. Chris is a two-time Ironman World Champion in 2007 and 2010. He is one of only three men to win an Ironman contest in his debut. Chris has also won multiple events in the US including competitions in San Diego, New York City and Los Angeles. His worldwide dominance has led to multiple Global Triathlete of the Year awards. As Director of Global Sports Development McCormack helpd develop the TriStar brand in Europe, the United States and on other continents.

Jeremy Williman started his career at the age of 18 working for an engineering company as an apprentice and went to college for a mechanical and production engineering qualification. His career and responsibilities expanded rapidly and within a few short years he was working in the automotive industry focusing on car safety products. By the end of the next decade Williman was running a pan european business and had travelled around the world. Following a corporate decision to sell group companies that were vendors to the group he made a decision to buy a small part of the company he was responsible for which specialised in selling crowd control to the retail trade and airports.
Having bought this small company he set about expanding it into a global company and set up factories around the world reaching revenues of nearly $100m in turnover under the brand Tensator Group.
Jeremy Williman was born in country side of central England but have since lived in London, New York, Dubai and for the last 4 years resided in Monaco. After having sold his company he spends most of his free time enjoying training for triathlon events around the world and investing in small companies with the potential to grow rapidly in niche markets. Georg Hochegger and Jeremy Williman met through a mutual friend and immediately had a strong connection. Jeremy Williman will bring his huge business experience to the Tristar brand and organisation as it grows rapidly around the world and will work very closely on the Marketing and Strategic Development side of the company and the brands.
Brett Craig
Brett Craig joined Transitions in July 1999 as General Manager, Asia Pacific. In 2002, he moved into the role of VP/Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he was instrumental in positioning the businesses for rapid growth expansion. In mid-2006, Brett assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer and provided day to day leadership for the global business. Effective January 1st 2008, Brett assumed his current role as President where he is providing corporate direction for a rapidly global enterprise with over 40 global offices and 10 manufacturing/services centers. Brett holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
