TriStar111 Deauville will take place on 17 June 2012 in Deauville. TriStar111 Deauville consists in 1km swim, 100km bike leg and 10km run. Triathletes and sport lovers will discover the historical city of Deauville!
START SWIM 1km
The Swim start will take place at 8:00 on the beach for a 1km loop. It is a mass start (PROs ahead). The water temperature is usually between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius on race day. Wetsuits are allowed if the temperature is below 24°C. The final decision will be made on race day morning by the marshals.
BIKE 100km - Pays d'Auge
The Bike course begins on the Deauville city center - you ride near the Villa Strasburger in the direction of Saint-Arnoult. Then you go up on the direction of Mont-Canisy. During the 50km, you will discover gorgeous and picturesque villages. You have to do 3 loops for TriStar111.
RUN 10km | FINISHLINE
The run will take you on 3 loops of 3.3km through Deauville, including the famous promenade on the planches. You will cross the marina and run on the "quai de la marine" The entire run course is open to supporters! You'll love it!
AFTER FINISH
Grab your Finisher T-shirt, have drinks and food, get a massage, chill-out with your fellow competitors in the after-finish area. You finished the inaugural TriStar111 Deauville! Congratulations as you have proven: Yes, you can!

COMPULSORY LICENCE
Individual :
In order to participate at TriStar111 Deauville, you must have a current licence from a national triathlon federation and show it with your ID picture at race registration.
If you do not have a current licence from a national triathlon federation, you will have to buy a one day licence. In order to receive it, you need to:
- Pay (cash, french cheque)
- Give a medical certificate for "practicing triathlon in competition" NOT older than a year on race day

Relay :
In order to participate at TriStar111 Deauville Team Relay Challenge, you must have a current licence from a national triathlon federation or a licence of your sport for the relay and show it with your ID picture at race registration.
If you do not have a current licence from a national triathlon federation, you will have to buy a one day licence at race registration. In order to receive it, you need to:
- Pay (cash, french cheque)
- Give a medical certificate for "practicing triathlon (or your sport for the relay) in competition" NOT older than a year on race day
