The second TriStar Madrid will take place on 23 September 2012 in the unique scenario of "Casa de Campo", in the same place as ITU World Series. Casa de Campo is a perfect place for triathlon very close to the city center and accepting all infrastructures to group all set up in the same area, benefiting spectators to follow the race easily from start to finish.
SWIM 1km/300m
In the lake, athletes will have to swim 300/1000 meters in this calm water (depending on in which race are participating, TriStar33.3 or TriStar111), with an easy course to be followed by spectators. A 300m run will take competitors into the first transition area.
BIKE 100km/30km
Participants will bike ten laps of 10km inside Casa de Campo totally close to traffic for the TriStar111. Only 3 laps for the 33.3 athletes.
RUN 10km/3km
On this last discipline, the loop is 2,5 kilometers (4 laps). A nice picture postcard run with people cheering you!
FINISHLINE
All FINISHERS that accomplished a hard triathlon race for its course and spectacular environment will be taken care of exceptionally. You will be proud to cross the finishline of the second edition of the TriStar Madrid!
