DAY LICENSE

You are not a licensed athletes... You can participate to the TriStar111 relay race with a One-Day-License from the FMTri.

During your registration, fill in and sign the application and join:

€30 for the FFTri one-day-licence in cash
bring a medical certificate indicating that you are allowed to participate in a triathlon competititon. This certificate has to be not older than 6 months.

VIP PASS FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Your fans deserve a day as thrilling as yours! With the “VIP Supporter pass”, your fans will always know where you are located in the race as well as your ranking (live). They will also always be on the best spot to watch the race and support you.

AWARDS CEREMONY TICKETS

You have family and friends coming to support you and your team during the best day of your life? Be sure they come with you to the Awards Ceremony (Sunday) to feel the spirit and celebrate with you too! If you did not buy extra ticket during online registration, don't worry: you will be able to get extra tickets on spot at the Information stand in the TriStar111 Monaco village.

CANCELLATION POLICY TRISTAR111 MONACO

With the registration to the TriStar111 Monaco, the following conditions are valid automatically and without any exceptions.

An entry spot may not be carried over to the next year, given to another person or used for another event.

Monaco law is applicable, place of jurisdiction is Monaco.

REGULAR CANCELLATION POLICY

Until 2 JULY 2012
33% cancellation fee - Refund: 180 EUR per team

From 3 JULY 2012
100% cancellation fee - No refund

CANCELLATION POLICY “100% Refund Option” (=you have bought the option during online registration!)

Until 17 AUGUST 2012
0% cancellation fee – Refund: 270 EUR per team

From 18 AUGUST 2012
100% cancellation fee - No refund

If you have subscribed for the “100% Refund Option” during your registration, please check if the reason for withdrawing is one of the described at the bottom and in the cancellation form.

* Explanation 100% Refund Option

The 100% Refund Option can be purchased during online registration for EUR 20,-. You will be refunded 100% of your entry fees if your reason for withdrawing is one of the following (official attestation has to be provided):

1. Sudden, severe illness, severe detriment to health in consequence of an accident or the insured person’s death; an illness or consequence of an accident is deemed to be severe if it renders participation in the TriStar event impossible. Mental illnesses occurring for the first time are covered by the insurance if an inpatient hospital stay or treatment by a psychiatrist becomes necessary. Extant suffering is only covered by the insurance if it unexpectedly becomes acute.
Please attach: Attestation of hospital stay or from your Physician or Psychiatrist.

2. Pregnancy, if the pregnancy is not discovered until after the insured person has signed up for TriStar. If the pregnancy was discovered prior to signing up for TriStar, the nominal sum will only be refunded if severe complications arise in the pregnancy (the complications must be confirmed by a doctor). (Only for women, if you are a male and if your wife is pregnant, this reason of withdrawing will not be accepted in the 100% Refund Option policy)
Please attach: Attestation of pregnancy of yourself.

3. Suddenly occurring severe illness, severe detriment to health in consequence of an accident or death of family dependents, for which reason the presence of the insured person at his/her place of residence is urgently required. Family dependents are deemed to be the insured person’s spouse (or life partner living in the same household), children (stepchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren), parents (step-parents, parents-in-law, grandparents) and siblings.
Please attach: Medical attestation for the ill person.

4. Substantial property damage to the insured person’s property at his/her place of residence in consequence of occurrences of the elements (fire, etc.) or a criminal offence committed by a third party making the insured person’s presence necessary.
