TriStar’s philosophy is based on three elements. All of our events especially focus on the fun and pleasure when being involved with triathlon sports and we support the environmental sustainability as well as the health aspect of sport. The third element is the participation in social activities.

The organization of an event involves many different people, this is why we, together with our athletes, want to make a sustainable contribution to the social environment. We do not only want to speak about it but actively participate.

Support of local projects

It is crucial to us to checkthe projects we support because the athletes put their trust in us to help the right and important ones. The major focus stays on local projects that have the possibility to present themselves publicly during our events. With these projects we want to collaborate, establish a long lasting partnership and give them our support.

For the TriStar Salzkammergut we have chosen two projects which we definitely want to support. During the following two events of the TriStar Salzkammergut these project will be presented:

The Eybl-Charity Run Friday, June 1st and the Eybl-Children’s Run Saturday, June 2nd.

All revenue which is generated during these events will be directly forwarded to the projects. Intersport Eybl is a very important partner helping support them. We would like to give them special thanks for their precious aid!

The first project is the Landeskrankenhaus Vöcklabruck, with its main focus on oncology. This involves not only diagnostics and therapy however also dignified attendance and Palliative Care Nursing.

The second project which had been selected is the one of the former cycling pro Peter Luttenberger, the United World Tour.

All running aficionados and children are very welcome to participate with friends and colleges while at the same time supporting a charitable cause. All revenues from the inscription fees will be donated to our charity partners.
