Cresce di giorno in giorno il numero di iscritti alla prima edizione dell’evento organizzato da I AM SPORT EVENTS & CONSULTING in Sardegna il 3 ottobre.
Già confermata la presenza del campione tedesco Lothar Leder.
A pochi giorni dall’apertura delle iscrizioni per la prima edizione del “Tristar222 Sardinia – Arzachena Costa Smeralda”, I AM SPORT EVENTS & CONSULTING è lieta di annunciare di aver già raccolto le adesioni di numerosi atleti provenienti da Inghilterra, Francia, Germania, Belgio e Italia.
Tra i primi atleti ad aver accolto la sfida, spiccano i nostri campioni Martina Dogana e Daniel Fontana, ma anche alcuni nomi importanti del triathlon internazionale quali la belga Peggy Claerbout e il tedesco Lothar Leder, noto nel mondo del triathlon per essere stato il primo ad aver portato a termine un Ironman in meno di 8 ore con un tempo di 7:57:02.

Leder, sempre accompagnato dalla moglie Nicole, anche lei triatleta, ha vinto già 5 Ironman in Germania e alle Hawaii ha conquistato il podio per ben 2 volte, completando in entrambe le gare la maratona più veloce. All’annuncio di un nuovo evento in Italia e in un contesto così suggestivo e sportivamente stimolante dato il percorso inedito e il ricco montepremi di 40.000 euro messo in palio dall’organizzazione per i primi 5 uomini e le prime 5 donne che taglieranno il traguardo, Leder non ha esitato a confermare la propria presenza.
A distanza di 7 mesi dalla gara, prevista il 3 ottobre ad Arzachena, inizia già a delinearsi un nastro di partenza ricco di stelle internazionali, composto da atleti di livello che sicuramente contribuiranno a rendere la sfida ancora più competitiva e attraente anche per i partecipanti non professionisti e per tutti gli appassionati di questo sport.

Lothar Leder, always accompanied by his wife Nicole - a famous triathlete too- , won 5 Ironman in Germany and conquered the podium 2 times at Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, completing in both cases the fastest marathon split. On the announcement of a new event in Italy in such a suggestive and sport stimulating - due to a new format of race distance - context, Leder didn’t hesitated to confirm is presence.
At 7 months from the event, scheduled on October 3rd in Arzachena, it is already outlining a starting line rich of international stars, composed by athletes of absolute level who will contribute to make the challenge more competitive and attractive also for non professional athletes and all the fans of this sport.
