SWIM COURSE
The one loop 100 meter swim will take place at one of Estonia's most beautiful lakes called Pühajärv. Swim is a mass start for individuals.
BIKE COURSE
One 10 kilometre lap on the following route: Pühajärve village – Tamme Avenue – Kolga road – old roller track – Sihva – Pühajärve.
RUN COURSE
1km out and back course on the light traffic road by the Pühajärve Lake towards Otepää.
